The scope for the implementation (Delivery) Phase is typically initiated during
the process and verified at its conclusion. Projects normally consist of these phases
to mitigate the risk of inaccurate resource planning, budgeting and time estimates.
The approach for each of the phases is defined as follows:
Understand current business environment and identify needs, establish goals, set expectations for project
Creating UX/UI Design, wireframes, visual design composition, and responsive design for mobile
Build and develop the site based on information collected in the discovery phase
Transfer Client data from previous site to new site and organize & structure
Ongoing feature development, basic environment support, maintenance, user training, and adoption promotion
